Cliffside Park Towne Centre, Cliffside Park N.J. is a combined residential and commercial project with four components, commercial/retail, residential rentals, 3 level parking garage and a pedestrian plaza.

Cliffside Park Towne Centre features about 52,000sf of retail space on two floors.  The space has been purchased for development by Sheikh Mostafa Al Shair, a Saudi businessman and developer.

The first floor will be all retail, meaning stores and restaurants.  The second level of Cliffside Park Towne Centre will consist of service and office businesses.  All of the stores and businesses will be accessible via elevators from the parking garage up to the two levels of Cliffside Park Towne Centre.
